The external gable envelope of this property was allowing water to penetrate into the building, causing water staining and dampness.
Working on scaffolding, our team applied a waterproof render to the complete elevation. Due to its size and the risk of cracking, we had introduced expanding metal lathing (EML) to the wall to increase adhesion before applying the waterproof render.
This provided our client with a 20-year guarantee. We painted the elevation once the render had cured.
