Based on our discussions with you and a site/building survey, we will work closely with our architect partner (or yours) to draw up a detailed design.
This design needs to be:
- accurate – to ensure its construction is workable
- creative – to make best use of the space available
- fine-tuned – to meet your needs so the completed building works for you on every level
We also use our building know-how to add value and quantify all costs, showing how we can reduce them, where feasible, without compromising quality.
This stage may also involve collaboration with structural engineers or other specialists.
